Quantegy Software, Inc. is a custom software development company located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Founded in September 2002, we have worked with various clients throughout Florida - from insurance giant Florida Blue (formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield) to Hiday & Ricke, P.A, the largest collections law firm in the state. We specialize in quickly building Microsoft .NET solutions (application-based and web-based) that fit our clients' needs and are highly customizable.

Our president, Chris Nall, graduated locally from Jacksonville University, summa cum laude. He worked for the consulting firm Managing Partner, specializing in accounting and custom software, before moving on to IDS, a sports scoring systems company. In 2002, he struck out on his own, and was the sole designer and developer for much of the architecture behind the UNETA real estate system. Soon after, he and a partner purchased Case Master Pro from a former employer, and they developed it into a complete turn-key solution for collections law firms. He currently resides in Jacksonville Beach, with his wife, Cassie.

What are software robots?

Software robots are essentially small programs that automate daily tasks, by carrying out a complex series of actions automatically, at scheduled intervals. Have you ever performed the same action over and over again only to think that you could be spending your time better by working on something else? This is where the robot comes in -- no task is too big or too small to automate. We help you setup the criteria and flowchart for handling that job, then build the robot and let it take over. From the manager's perspective, it's seamless, as you get an 'event log' when the robot completes that tells you what it did while it ran, and allows you to focus on the more meaningful tasks at hand.

Let's review an example. XYZ Company receives a daily report of inconsistencies in their data, whether it's missing / invalid data elements (like a customer's date of birth or order number), or problems with matching an invoice to an order. Before the robot, a team of employees would have to divide up the report and "work" it - by verifying each data element in their system to determine what the problem is and then fixing it. Managers would always have to worry about employees incorrectly updating the data, or spending too much time in their day resolving these issues. With a robot in place, the employees only need to worry about the robot's "kick-outs", which are items that it cannot work - this is typically < 10% of the items that it processes!
